Terms of Service
1. When you placing an order, please choose a shipping method and pay for the order including the shipping fee. We will send the parcel within 7 days once your payment is completed.
(Tips: If we offer free shipping for the item, please noted that the default shipping method will be DHL, even you choose the Fedex. Free shipping not include distance area fee, if the address belong distance area , the fee will be buyer’s account.)
2. Usually it takes about 7-10 work days for you get the parcel if shipped by DHL or Fedex. But we do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipment due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected. Please note that buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for importation into your country. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery. The shipping cost and item price do not include any import taxes, and buyers are responsible for customs duties.
3. We do not guarantee free taxes as different country have different Custom Policy for the parcel import, and also depends on the parcel been checked or not by your country’s custom.
We do our best to serve our customers the best that we can.
1. We do not accept any return without any chat and reasons.
2. We will refund you if you return the items within 7 days of your receipt of the item for the any reason(not the item quality). However, the buyer should make sure that the items returned are in their original conditions. If the items are damaged or lost when they are returned, the buyer will be responsible for such damage or loss, and we will not give a full refund. The buyer should try to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of the damage or loss.
3. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fees to return the items, and also be responsible for the shipping cost we pay when ship to buyer as for free shipping items.
1.One year warranty. (Subject to the logistics receipt time within one year)
Products can not working and it not caused by the human damage,physical damage,water.Buyer can contact seller ask for return to fix.Seller will undertake the shipping cost .
2. Notice For Out of range of warranty:
Products can not working which is caused by the human damage,physical damage,water and other reason,we do not provide free maintenance. (In this case, if you turn to after-sale customer service ,buyer need to pay all costs including maintenance cost and shipping cost.)
